FABULOUS TEXTURES # 1 - WORKSHOP
Textural effects can be infinite in this class we will explore some of the traditional
faux finishes and make them dimensional using venetian plaster, sandstone,
and waxes. We will create a textured striae', a great linen look, a multi-colored
crosshatch, and a metallic Venetian plaster finish. All results are accomplished with iridescent and metallic waxes over the exciting textures. The look is wonderful.

FABULOUS TEXTURES #2 - WORKSHOP
Here you will learn designer finishes like spacature/plaster crackle, doe skin,
layered stone block with stenciled embedded leaves, and finally a layered
stone finish with leaf skeletons, and iridescent waxes.

FABULOUS TEXTURES #3 - WORKSHOP
Fossil Art anyone? Now you can create your own. Using Profaux’s’
sandstone, powder pigments, and waxes we will evolve a reptile fossil,
including dimensional stenciling and imprinting, next create a sea bottom fossil
using Toscana, shells,powdered pigments and waxes. Additionally you will
learn pitted travertine and realistic elephant hide techniques.

FABULOUS TEXTURES #4 - WORKSHOP
Learn to use Pro Faux Adobe to create a great old World finish.
This is a removable texture. It is a revolutionary medium with an exciting look.
A polished venetian plaster is our next finish. Another sample uses venetian plaster, metallic paints and waxes to create great depth and beauty. We call it Medieval Metal. Another old World finish called “Sorrento” incorporates a dimensional stencil
and powder washes. Some of the results are almost breathtaking!

FABULOUS TEXTURES #5 - WORKSHOP
Dimension, Dimension, Dimension! You will understand when you take the class.
The Autumn Leaves finish uses a texture medium, real leaf imprints and waxes.
A great metallic finish on the Adobe removable surface compliments the leaf sample.
Using lace fabric as a stencil we create a unique designer finish and a lace curtain
with coffeepot design is used as a wonderful border for a retro kitchen.
There are endless possibilities here.

FABULOUS TEXTURES #6 - WORKSHOP
Looking for visual excitement? Try this class! Three finishes using
Venetian plaster will be learned. They are equally beautiful but one finish will
have a raised leather stencil design, another has an amazing metal look.
This metal finish can be applied to both walls and moldings. The third sample
creates a realistic slate finish. Last but not least sandstone is used for a
subtle texture and a powder wash completes the package.

Participants will also take home a step-by-step manual and four exiting portfolio-ready

MOLDING CLASS - WORKSHOP
Create aged metal moldings with a wonderful distinctive look.
Explore relief moldings using stencils and textured materials. Leafing and antiquing will be accomplished using architectural molding. A crackle finish will also be created.
